Why compared to a PC they are GREATLY underpowered. Still dont get why people think they have the best "graphics" and "power" on the HD twins. And the online is nothing in comparison.

Ah it actually makes sence. From memory the last time we saw a 2D mario on a console was on the super nes. And im pretty positive that the wii is more powerful than the super nes.
So really what he is saying is true. The n64 and gamecube didnt have any platforming mario games (and not paper mario as that is a action rpg). When the n64 arrived most people wanted 3D and not so much 2D (as thats all we had previously).

If you owned a wii you would know that nintendo take data from your system of what games you play and how long you play them for (im guessing from the save files you have or something in the system memory). And you also fill out surveys what games ...
For a start the ps3 is nothing like a "458 Italia". For example im sure they actually make money off of their cars. Do you think the ps3 is making as much profit (in comparison) to a higher class car.

Why dont you like good games?
It takes a long time to make a Zelda game. And the last one released was only a few years back. They dont pop them out like EA does. It would get repetitive. And for Kid icurus nintendo have hinted many times that a game is coming for it. If you do your research.

Ahh what about mortal kombat 2?? It had blood on the SNES and it was the best version apart from the arcade at the time. Mortal kombat 1 was terrible on the mega drive. It had a few ounces of blood and dodgy fatality sequences.
The sound was terrible and the colours were really crap in comparison. Have a look at the differences on youtube. The fatalitys were really slow (along with the gameplay) and really tacky.
You say your a "hardcore" n64 fan. Yet at the time the n64 was looked at in a similar light as the wii is right now. Many "kiddy" games compared to the ps1, and using old tech like a "catridge" and not a CD.
